How can I place an order? (IMPORTANT)

Due to the varying sizes and shipping destinations of our products, we do not include shipping costs in the order total.

 

Customers may place the order without making payment, and contact our customer service team at sonia@vovolighting.com to calculate and adjust the shipping costs.

 

Only after the shipping costs have been finalized and confirmed, customers may proceed with payment and we will arrange for delivery.

Can I change or modify my shipping address or sizes?

We can assist you in making changes to your order BEFORE it is shipped. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team at sonia@vovolighting.com. We will do our best to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but it depends on the shipment status:

  • If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it for you.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive, and then contact us for a return and refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

Why was my order split into two or more packages?

We may split your order into multiple packages due to the following reasons:

  • Items are stored in different warehouses.
  • Different items require additional preparation time.
  • Customs or courier weight limits. You will receive an email notification when each package is shipped.

When will my parcel arrive?

The total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

Before shipping your order, we typically require 3-7 business days to prepare your products, conduct strict quality control tests, and carefully package the items. Therefore, the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.

I received a delivery notification, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

If you received a delivery notification but have not received your package, it's possible that it was delivered to your mailbox or received and signed for by a neighbor. We recommend checking your mailbox and asking your neighbors if they received your package.

 

You can also check with the shipping company using your tracking number and identification. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Care Team at sonia@vovolighting.com for assistance.

Are your lighting products eco-friendly?

Yes, our bamboo and rattan lighting products are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

What types of bulbs can be used with your lighting products?

Our products are compatible with most types of bulbs, including LED.

Can I customize the size of lighting product?

How do I clean my bamboo or rattan lighting product?

We recommend using a soft, damp cloth to clean your product. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I purchase replacement parts for my bamboo or rattan lighting product?
